Build a simpler study document library

The best document library is small enough to maintain. Use clear names, a repeatable folder structure, and source links rather than collecting everything.

A practical checklist

  1. 1. Create folders by project or subject, then add one inbox folder for new items.
  2. 2. Use one file-name pattern: author - title - year.
  3. 3. Store the original URL and citation in a note beside each document.
  4. 4. Review the inbox once a week and remove material that is no longer useful.
